Easy White Bean & Honey Dip Recipe: This Smooth-As-Honey White Bean Spread Is a Snack Worth Buzzing About

This white bean spread recipe is my new favorite snack. Mixing white beans, almond butter, honey and cinnamon together to make a dip might sound a little strange to you, but I promise it’s a winning flavor combination.

Prepare this delicious bean and honey spread ahead of time and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Spread on toast, an English muffin, fresh fruit, rice cakes or pancakes. You also can mix this dip into oatmeal or a smoothie for a quick and seriously satisfying addition to breakfast.

Well the title certainly caught my attention. I enjoy all the ingredients and I'm going to give it a try. Can I use garbanzo beans??
Elisa Schmitz
This sounds amazing. I'm making it! And Rachel W. Lewter , I don't see why you couldn't try garbanzos. They're so good in hummus. Or cannellini beans. Let us know if you do! #yum
