Dairy-free Smoothies: How to Make a Creamy Almond Milk Banana Smoothie!

With kids going back to school, it's time to add to your quick breakfast and after-school snack recipes. Kids will think this is just a sweet treat, but you'll know it's healthy, dairy free and will keep them full until the next feeding! 

You'll need:

  • 2 large ripe bananas, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups almond milk 
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • almonds, for garnish

Here's how to make it:

  1. Combine all the ingredients except almonds in a blender. Pulse until smooth. 
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with almonds.
