How to Make a Healthy Jackfruit Yogurt Smoothie!

Intrigued about jackfruit after reading Joy Stephenson-Laws' tip? (You can read her tip here.) This jackfruit yogurt smoothie is an easy way to give this healthy tropical fruit a try!

You'll need:

  • 1/2 cup chopped jackfruit
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or nut milk
  • honey
  • ice (optional)

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Taste and add more honey, if needed.
  4. Serve as is or over ice.
