3-Ingredient Blueberry & Banana Smoothie Recipe Helps Reboot Your Body

Toss three ingredients into a blender and seconds later you've got a healthy, refreshing snack or breakfast. This easy smoothie recipe is so good, you'll want one every day (and that's OK!).

Don't have blueberries? Use frozen raspberries, blackberries or strawberries. Feel free to mix up your fruit and keep it interesting. Easy, healthy, delicious!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth. 
  3. Pour into glasses. Garnish with additional blueberries, if desired.
