This Easy 5-Ingredient Easter Cream Pie Recipe Is Ready in About 20 Minutes

I love surprising my family with fun treats for each season, but I don't always have a lot of time to spend making elaborate desserts. Who does?

This (surprisingly healthy) Easter pie recipe takes just a few minutes to assemble. It looks adorable on your Easter table, too!

Cuisine: American
Prep Time: 10 minutes plus time to chill
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes plus time to chill
Servings: Makes 1 pie

Ingredients

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Bake pie crust for 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until lightly golden brown. Sprinkle half of the coconut into the baked crust.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the yogurt and JELL-O. Pour into crust and spread evenly.
  3. Arrange remaining coconut around the edge of the crust.
  4. Create a "nest" in the center of the pie and fill with jellybean "eggs." Chill for 4 to 6 hours, until set.
