How to Make a Healthy Tuna & Avocado Salad (Just Wing It)!

Some believe that to eat healthy you must give up delicious food. That's not entirely true. Just winging it, I threw together this tuna and avocado mix. It was delish!

You’ll need:

  • tuna
  • avocado
  • onions
  • celery
  • olive oil mayo
  • Dijon mustard
  • cayenne pepper
  • garlic powder
  • salt

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Gently mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

I’m not going to tell you how much of the ingredients to put. Put in what your taste buds tell you! Have fun! You’ll be surprised with some of the tasty concoctions you’ll come up with. The best part? You’re eating healthier!
