Whether it’s part of your weight-loss regimen, a means of staying healthy, an easy meal alternative, an energy booster or just a part of your lifestyle, this green smoothie works. After more brownies than I want to willingly claim, I had to reboot my morning. This easy green smoothie worked great and I’m sure you will love it, too!
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 banana
- 2 cups frozen mango
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- dash of lime juice
Just blend all ingredients! I added plain water as necessary to help in the blending process. Enjoy!
