Baby Food: How to Make a Healthy Banana & Quinoa Mash!

Is your baby ready to move up from just plain ol’ mashed bananas? Try this healthy banana and quinoa recipe!

You’ll need:

  • 1 banana
  • 4 tablespoons cooked quinoa
  • 1-2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • cinnamon

Here’s how you make it:

  1. Mash the banana.
  2. Stir in the quinoa and yogurt. 
  3. Sprinkle in a little cinnamon, to taste.
