Chef Baking Hack: How to Get the Perfect Slice of Cheesecake Every Time

For most of us who like to bake, kitchen knives are usually the go-to tool for all the fun magic tricks. But did you know that dental floss can do a more efficient job at cutting cheesecakes and slicing soft foods like moist, sweet baked breads – and even soft cheeses? Seriously!

  • Hold the floss tightly with your thumbs and forefingers and push from the top down for the perfectly clean, pro-looking cut.
  • Slide out either the right or left side at the bottom of the cut.
  • Wipe the floss clean with your fingers and cut another slice.

Remember to use only unwaxed and unflavored dental floss for the best results. Now you have a better reason to visit the dentist (get more floss)!
