This Gluten-Free Brownie Recipe Has a Secret Ingredient!

Avocados are a great source of nutrition and healthy fat, but they can be an acquired taste. Here’s a fun way to incorporate them into your family’s diet! 

  1. Select a large, slightly unripe fruit. You should be able to barely indent the skin with intentional pressure. When just shy of ripe, avocado is bright, whitish-green and almost tasteless. 
  2. Mash then add it to a consciously produced, gluten-free brownie mix, while reducing the oil or butter by 1/3 to 1/2 called for on the box. 

You won't taste the difference! A sweet treat with health benefits? How that's a win-win!
