Is It Healthy to Eat Chocolate Every Day? Cross Your Fingers & Find Out!

It may be time to stop fighting those chocolate cravings. In a study published in the cardiology journal Heart, researchers found that eating chocolate every day was linked to a reduced risk of stroke and heart disease in healthy men and women.

The study participants consumed 15 to 100 grams of chocolate a day – everything from candy bars to hot chocolate. Something else to note: the participants ate milk chocolate, not dark chocolate, which many associate as the only chocolate with health benefits.
