Florrie Munat spent six years caregiving for her husband Chuck, who had Lewy body dementia. She has published a memoir about that experience, Be Brave: A Wife’s Journey Through Caregiving. A former librarian and English teacher, she lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington, where she is writing a young adult novel and a memoir about grieving.
