Elizabeth Jayne Anderson is an avid world traveler. Some of her favorite locations are Italy, where she visited a vineyard outside Tuscany, as well as France, Vancouver, Canada, Costa Rica (and its unforgettable zip line), and Amsterdam. Although sidelined by the pandemic for international travel, Elizabeth hopes to return to traveling with a trip to Australia to visit friends.
