Get Kids to Eat Healthier: Smart Nutrition Tips for Parents From a Doctor by Dr. Josephine Dlugopolski - Gach
Grapes, apples and raisins tend to be the go-to fruits for kids. However, as all parents (and teachers!) know, kids can surprise you!

- pretzels
- dried fruit
- turkey roll-ups
- hummus and vegetables
- smoothies
- nuts (if there are no allergies, of course)
