Easy Lunch Hack: Save Time in the Morning By Preparing Lunch the Night Before (30-Second Video) by Elisa Schmitz

As a busy mom juggling work and family, mornings are always hectic. I learned that I had to stay one step ahead in order to make it all work, so I came up with this easy lunch hack.

I discovered I could save time in the mornings by preparing lunches the night before. I bought cooler-style lunch boxes that have sections for various items. Each night before bed, I'd set out the lunch boxes on the counter.

On one side of the lunch box, I'd add in all the non-perishable items at night. Then in the morning, I'd add the freezer ice pack on the other side, followed by the food items that needed to be kept fresh and cold. Lunches were done and grabbed off the counter as we ran out the door.

Before you know it, you'll be ready to go!

Great idea, this reminded me of when my husband had to leave for work before I got up years ago I did that too. Saves time from rushing around in the morning.
