When you apply eye shadow, small particles can fall into those lines and increase the look of the dark circles, especially when applying dark eye shadow. In order to eliminate this issue:
- Place a tissue under your eye before you apply eye shadow.
- Apply your eye shadow.
The powder falls onto the tissue and not into the fine lines! Beautiful!
