Minimize Under Eye Circles: A Beauty Tip for Flawless, Ageless Eye Shadow by Cheryl Leahy

As we age, fine lines and dark circles tend to develop under our eyes. Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! Here's what you can do to prevent it from looking darker when you put on makeup!

When you apply eye shadow, small particles can fall into those lines and increase the look of the dark circles, especially when applying dark eye shadow. In order to eliminate this issue:

  • Place a tissue under your eye before you apply eye shadow.
  • Apply your eye shadow.

The powder falls onto the tissue and not into the fine lines! Beautiful!
