Prevent Wrinkles: The Way You Sleep Could Affect Your Skin! Read This! by Mindy Hudon, M.S., CCC-SLP

Do you want to know what may help prevent wrinkles? It's easy and it doesn't come in a bottle. It actually happens when you sleep! It depends on your sleeping position. Are you a side sleeper or a stomach sleeper? Sleeping in these positions can put hours of pressure on your face each night, which can cause lines and wrinkles.

To prevent this, try to train yourself to sleep on your back. Sleeping on your back decreases the pressure on your face and may help prevent wrinkles.

Yes! I try not to sleep on my stomach or sides because of this. Great tip, Mindy Hudon, M.S., CCC-SLP!

I had to switch from 😴 on my stomach to back after my mastectomy this year. Other than the obvious, that switch has been one of the hardest changes in my routine...however, I am so glad to hear there is a benefit to this switch! #nowrinkles
