Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and with eight offices around the country, Scott has, to date, led or co-led the acquisition of over 40 businesses, offers sell side representation to companies of all sizes, offers strategic and operational consulting and helps companies raise growth capital (debt and equity). One of his most notable successes was the acquisition, IPO and subsequent sale of Hawker Pacific Aerospace as it’s Chairman of the Board.
Over the course of his career, Scott has been Chairman of the Board of publicly held companies, a CEO or Managing Partner of public and private companies, and a Board Member of public and privately held companies. He has also acted as a private equity investor, consultant and strategist. He has held management positions in sales, marketing, manufacturing, distribution and strategic planning in numerous types and sizes of companies.
