Certified Laughter Leader, Certified Canine Team, and Certified Counselor, Robin Salyer Fleischer has a variety of pursuits that she carries out while being married for 35+ years to her high school sweetheart, and law enforcement officer in Lexington, KY.
Her last 7+ years of business ownership under Robin’s Career CHIRP [formerly Robin S. Fleischer Counseling] began following her M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kentucky and following 12+ years of career services in higher education at Transylvania University, Georgetown College, and UK.

She helps clients with career decision-making, employment transitions, job searches, resume writing, and finding/creating work we love to do!

Robin has delivered fun, high-impact presentations to 1000’s of students on campuses, as well as, corporations and non-profit institutions. The fine institutions she worked with introduced her to new people, big ideas, and global concepts that helped shaped the person she is today.

She is a certified career coach with GET5® and a member of the National Resume Writers’ Association.

Robin has participated and served in leadership roles on many local, regional, and national boards for organizations, enjoying community projects and volunteer work. She has served with Jr. League of Lexington, Professional Women’s Forum, Women Leading KY, KY SHRM, BGSHRM, Rotary Club of Lexington and others.

Her most recent service involves volunteering as a certified therapy support canine team with Central KY Love on a Leash and HOPE Animal-Assisted Crisis Response, Commerce Lexington, Baptist Health Auxiliary, and KY Post Critical Incident Seminars with DOJCT.

Since she has two brothers in law enforcement in Lexington, and a nephew in Albuquerque in LE, and a step-father retired from LE, Robin acts as a positive voice for law enforcement in the community. She has completed the Lexington Citizen’s Police Academy Class #12 and Master Police Academy Class #11. She served on the KY Chapter COPS Board as a Trustee for two years, and served as the Director of the KY Chapter-National Alliance of Law Enforcement Support for 6 years.

Robin and her husband have three young adult children; a son living in Cincinnati, and a son and future daughter-in-law living in St. Petersburg, and a daughter and son-in-law living in Chicago. They are excited first-time grandparents of their first grandchild in the windy city!
