A Healthy You: It's Never Too Late to C.A.R.E. About Your Health

How are your resolutions going? You are probably kicking yourself for not jump-starting your resolutions to adopt healthier habits sooner. The good news is there is no deadline when it comes to living a healthier and happier life by remembering to C.A.R.E.

  • Create specific and achievable goals and resolutions. Remember, this is a lifestyle change that can lead to sustainable, lasting results. “Crash diets” and gym overload are temporary and not maintainable long-term.
  • Activate your social networks to help you achieve your goals. Surrounding yourself with like-minded people can help you stay on track.
  • Resolve to take action by making little lifestyle changes. It takes at least three weeks to create a new habit, so start with something you know you can achieve.
  • Eat balanced meals that include fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins that will help maintain energy and curb appetite. No time for breakfast or meal prepping, try a meal replacement shake. It is the perfect solution when you’re on the go.
