Waiting on Kids? Make Downtime "You Time!" Here’s the Trick! by Dana Pieper

Take advantage of your downtime while waiting for your kids at an appointment. Don't sit and read a magazine or scroll your social media – get your body moving!

  • Find a spot on your GPS 10 to 20 minutes of walking away. 
  • Go there.
  • Buy two bottles of water.
  • Use them to work your arms as you walk back!

You’ll get an arm workout as well as a nice calorie burn in 20 to 40 minutes. Now hydrate and head on to the next order of business!
