Coffee May Reduce Cirrhosis of the Liver Risk! Grab That Cup of Joe & Read This!

Scientists at Southampton University in the UK have found that drinking coffee may help lower risk of cirrhosis of the liver by 44 percent. How you make your coffee may make a difference – filtered coffee lowered cirrhosis risk more than boiled coffee. 

According to Reuters, cirrhosis (associated with overindulging in food and alcohol) kills more than one million worldwide yearly. Select specialty grade, clean coffee to ensure you’re not getting contaminants in that cup of joe.
