Waiting for pickup and drop off day in and day out can make you feel like your rear end is glued to the seat! Make it a habit once you’ve parked your car to get out!

  • Walk around your car once or twice. 
  • You can always pretend you are checking out your tires if you feel self-conscious! 
  • Better yet, walk over to another car and strike up a conversation with another mom. 

Your body will thank you!
