To make this rich homemade turkey gravy you will need the pan drippings from your roasted turkey, flour and either chicken broth or water. The ingredients simply cook up in a saucepot in about five minutes. No more stressing about the turkey gravy!

  1. Pour the turkey drippings into a saucepot. Whisk in the flour. Cook the mixture, stirring constantly, over medium heat until bubbly.
  2. Add the chicken broth or water. Bring to a boil and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
