Got Picky Eaters? Wait Until They Try Food On a Stick!

Got a picky eater? You're not alone! Here's a fun solution I discovered: Putting food on a stick is like waving a magic wand for many kids. And my magic wand is about the size of a toothpick!

Foods on sticks, whether it’s a kebob stick, a toothpick, or a really cute bento box mini-fork, seems to make trying that food so much more fun. Using a toothpick usually means food needs to be cut into smaller portions, which makes it easier for nervous tasters to try a small nibble instead of a giant helping. Less threatening means more tasting!
